Ampic Studios will only disclose your information to third parties when it's strictly necessary to provide some services (such as working on your behalf with a print shop, stock image seller, or web host), to process your payments/refunds (such as PayPal), in other instances with your explicit permission, or if required to do so by law.

Your information will never be sold to a third party.

Information collected may include your name, the names of other members of your organization, company name, billing address, shipping address, phone number(s), e-mail address(es), billing preferences, as well as the files for your project(s).

If you opt to pay via credit card/debit card/e-check with PayPal, then you are also subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy which you can view here.

If you are purchasing merchandise through AmpicMerch.com, or downloadable files on the Ampic Studios Etsy Shop, please refer to the policies on those sites.
